Lexis CourtLink is available to all current Loyola law students and faculty. At this time, Loyola's Lexis subscription does not allow for updating dockets (you will see the docket as it was the last time it was updated and be provided with the date on which it was last updated), tracking dockets, or creating search alerts.
If you are a member of the Loyola Law School community and you need help setting up your Lexis account, please contact the reference desk at LoyolaLawReference@luc.edu or 312.915.7205.
You can access CourtLink one of two ways. After signing in, from the Lexis+ landing page, you will see a link underneath the search box. Alternately, a drop-down product menu (a 9-dot square icon) should be visible from any page within Lexis+ and also includes a link to CourtLink.
Lexis CourtLink publishes a docket coverage table and provides information regarding the court systems in covered jurisdictions (including the hierarchical structure, court names, and how often data is updated). The court coverage table extends across many pages but allows you to sort and filter the data.
Lexis publishes an dockets search guide that may be helpful in crafting search queries.
