Federal Military and Veteran Websites

Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps are in each branch of the military. They serve as legal advisors to the assigned command, serve as prosecution and defense attorneys in military proceedings, and serve as military judges in courts-martial. Federal Courts and Administrative Tribunals

Board of Veterans' Appeals
The Board of Veterans' Appeals, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs,conducts hearings and decides appeals regarding benefits.
U.S. Court of Appeals for Veteran Claims
The U.S. Court of Appeals for Veteran Claims hears appeals of administrative decisions by the Board of Veterans' Appeals that are adverse to the veteran-appellant's claim of entitlement to benefits.
United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces
