About Getting Started
This guide covers resources for researching Intellectual Property Law. Topics include patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, right of publicity, and related areas of law.
Access to some of the electronic resources is limited to users who have a valid Loyola ID and password; access to other resources is restricted to the law school community only.
To get started, select from the tabs above.
For general information about statutes or regulations governing an area of intellectual property law, put your cursor over the "Getting Started" tab, then select the topic of interest, e.g. patent, trademark, copyright, etc.
For information on treatises and practice materials, see the "Books" tab.
For information on finding articles, see the "Journals" tab.
